BING TWIN PILLAR VERTICAL TOY STEAM ENGINE c1905
Scarce twin pillar vertical toy steam engine made by Bing c1905.
100% original and complete.
Original maroon paint on frame, pillars, & curved-spoke flywheel.
Original bluing on boiler, cylinder, & stack.
Original stack with integral water-fill funnel.
Original burner.
Original wood base with Bing litho overlay.
Exceptional condition, with no damage or repairs.
Delicate piston, valve, drive train, all in perfect condition.
Measures 9.75 inches overall height.

BUCKMAN BEAM STEAM ENGINE - c1880s
Buckman Beam Engine retains nearly all original black, orange, and blue paint, with original pinstriping intact. Traces of original gold lacquer remain on boiler. All original and complete, except no safety weight nor cork. No cracks, no repairs, no repaints. Overall height 6.75". Base measures 6" x 5.75". Appears in 1889 Montgomery Ward Catalog.
Engine Provenance: Acquired from Noel Barrett Antique & Toy Auction Sept 30, 2000.

Blued firebox with brass trim. Brass boiler cylinder, valve chest, rods.
Retains approx 50% of original red pinstriping on frame, flywheel, cylinder.
Brass unpolished, with untouched age patina.
Measures 9.375 inches high overall, 9.75 width overall.

Floor locomotive live steam engine toy by Schoenner c.1912. Designed to run without track, directly on floor. All original and complete, including chimney, except no water sight tube nor burner. Beautiful age patina on brass, not polished. Retains most original paint on engine wheels, no repaints. Re-solder to chimney mounting thimble, shown in detail, not seen when chimney is in place. CROSBY STEAM INSPECTORS TEST KIT c1900
100% complete Crosby Improved Test Pump, as pictured in Crosby 1900 catalog. Includes mint, accurate test gauge in perfect operationg condition. Also in mint, perfect operating condition: test pump, and various tools and fittings. Includes rare gauge pointer removal tool, for safely removing delicate gauge pointers, without damage, for adjustment. All parts, including gauge, appear unused, with original factory polish unmarred, beautifully mellowed, never re-poloshed. In original leather covered case, exterior surface worn.
Gauge has 3" face; case measures 9.25"x7.5"x3.75". Rare, complete, in amazing condition. SOLD

Original 19th century fractional horsepower live steam workshop engine.  In as-found condition, unrestored. Beautiful age patina on metal, original finish on mahogany base. Runs on compressed air. 1 1/8” bore x 2” stroke, rated at 1/8 horsepower. Measures 15.5”x5.5”x8.75”H, 7 3/8” flywheel; 7/16” cast iron machined base over mahogany base. SOLD

Finely made all original Schoenner toy steam engine in exceptional condition. Retains nearly all original shiny blue finish on boiler and firebox, nickel on all brass parts, and maroon paint on ornate cast iron base.
