THE WELL OF LONELINESS by Radclyffe Hall
Hardcover published in 1928, this novel took on the subject of lesbianism, and was found to be obscene by a British court for defending "unnatural practices between women". Quite tame by today's standards, it does hold an important place in the history of the gay rights movement. Some fading to the cover, some tiny black spots on the cover, as seen in the photo.
